Look at Primary Resources for a wide range of useful worksheets and ideas.
Clickteaching.com has many worksheets, lesson plans and ideas, but requires a yearly subscription.
The BBC's schools site has lots of useful stuff, for teachers, parents and children, including some excellent interactive educational games which can be used in the classroom.
